Global Ministries and the Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh <\/a>(CCDB) invite you to participate in a virtual pilgrimage to Bangladesh! Join us to learn about how people along the coastlines of Bangladesh are responding to the challenges of climate change, rising ocean levels, salination of land, frequent natural disasters, and consequent disruptions and displacement. Participants will learn about the following responses: climate-resilient agricultural practices, alternative skills training, and women’s initiatives for social and economic development. This immersion and interaction will be facilitated by the CCDB through a series of sessions of pre-recorded materials and live conversations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why a virtual pilgrimage?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

[Distanced] sharing of bread and wine at God\u2019s table was a powerful statement to the connections being made and the oneness of God\u2019s people in ways unanticipated.
